- Eat right and Exercise 3x a week
- Be positive in your mind and actions
- Laugh often – this is the best medicine!
- Prioritise important tasks, list and cross off once achieved
- Get into good sleep patterns with 7 hours per night minimum
- Give yourself quality ‘me’ time
- Communicate with important family members surrounding you
- Set yourself realistic achievable goals, there is always tomorrow
- Don’t forget cell phones can be turned off for quality personal time
